The well-being you’re looking for is already within you… you just need to look for it within the Self.

English translation – formatting preserved:
“Running!!! It’s the word that dominates our days.
Everything moves far too fast: urgent, immediate, often superficial.
And while well-being is talked about everywhere, sold, promoted, promised, we rarely stop to truly live it.”
But the truth—the one we often forget—is that authentic well-being cannot be bought or chased.
True well-being is already within you. You just need to pause, breathe… and begin to truly listen to yourself.
The body: a silent messenger
In my work as a professional massage therapist and esthetician, I’ve learned to recognize certain signals. Every time I treat a body, I know I’m not just working on muscles or joints. I’m coming into contact with a story, a person, an inner world.
Tension in the trapezius? It often speaks of a mental load that goes beyond the physical.
Stiffness in the back? Perhaps there’s something in your life you can no longer “carry.”
Shortness of breath? You may have been living in emotional apnea for far too long.
Here’s the truth: the body never lies. Even when we pretend not to listen.
That’s why every treatment I offer starts from a fundamental principle: listening before acting. Touch, when it is conscious, is not just a technique. It is a bridge. An invitation to reconnect with who you are—not only with what you feel.
A little-known fact: the body has “memory”
Did you know that the body has a kind of “emotional memory”?
According to various studies in the field of psychosomatics, the fascial system (a thin network that envelops muscles, organs, and bones) can “hold onto” unprocessed emotions, trauma, and past stress. It’s no coincidence that many people burst into tears during a deep massage without knowing why.
It’s not weakness—it’s release.
It’s the body that finally stops holding on and begins to let go.
This is one of the most fascinating and powerful things I’ve discovered in my professional journey:
the body can heal… if we allow it to.
Well-being is not a goal. It’s a state to awaken.
All of us, at least once, have said: “When this phase is over, I’ll take care of myself.”
But real life is the one we’re living now—not the one that starts when everything is perfect.
And here’s the shift in perspective: well-being is not something to reach later on.
It’s a quality we can reactivate… right now, even in the midst of chaos.
A simple yet incredibly powerful practice I often recommend to my clients is this:
Every day, for 2 minutes, place a hand on your heart. Breathe. And ask yourself:
“What do I need today?”

t may seem simple, but when done with presence, this gesture reconnects you with the Self.
It is a small act of self-love. And over time, the results are surprising.
Wellnessaround: bringing well-being to where you are
This is how my project Wellnessaround.com was born: a professional in-home massage and treatment service, dedicated to both private clients and companies.
The idea is simple, yet powerful: bringing well-being to your home or workplace, in a space you already know and where you feel comfortable.
This changes everything. Because when the body feels safe, it opens more easily. And the treatment becomes even more effective, deeper, transformative.
Whether the goal is to relieve stress, release tension, improve skin quality, or simply reclaim a space of your own, every treatment I offer is tailored to you.
Because every person is different. And every Self is sacred.
A final reflection
The well-being you are looking for… is not out there.
There is no need to board a plane, buy miracle products, or wait for the “right moment.”
You simply need to recognize that it already lives within you.
And allow yourself the time, the space, and the listening needed for it to emerge.
With a massage, with conscious touch, with a kind gaze toward yourself…
you can begin today.
